Residential extension, remodelling, loft conversion and refurbishment of Edwardian house.
Project Overview
Client Brief: To create comfortable modern home that is both practical and beautiful. A new extension was added providing a family room/kitchen on ground floor and loft extension on second floor.
Original Property: 4 Bedroom Edwardian house.
Solution: Fluid relationships between the interior and exterior spaces are formed via sliding doors that open out onto the garden on ground floor. Specious and comfortable loft addition with Master Bedroom and En-Suite.
Key Features: The glass facade rear extension is completely integrated with the existing Edwardian 2 storey building; transforming the overall layout, bringing much needed additional space, flooding the ground floor with natural light and brings into the house the views of the beautifully designed landscaped garden.
